I placed an order on 10/28/23 and never received an email confirmation and haven't received my order yet

You're online staff wants me to give them my credit card and pay more money for them to get to the bottom of the problem are you kidding me you think I'm going to put my information down again I'm already out $20 and you don't have a direct phone that I can talk to a person. I would really appreciate a call back 805-459-**** and get some real customer service no one likes to be taken advantage of and out money from something they've ordered. Thank you

I never got my order that I paid $21.10 for. I left a message on an answering machine with my cell phone number for a call back.

I never got a return call.

It has been five days since I left the message. It's a shell and scam "company." Smh

My review is about Digital Supply USA. I ordered three bottles of deodorant from this company.

It was on EBay. I used a credit card and it was $21.10. I did get a confirmation email and they took my money.

The product was never shipped to me. Wanted to charge me a fee to speak with someone about it.

I never received my order. They took $21.10 for the order and never shipped it to me.

I called and Digital Supply USA wanted to charge me to speak with a customer service person. I lost $21.10 and they want to charge me to speak with someone from their company?

It's a ripoff.

I ordered Natures Way Revitalization System on 3/3/23 for 47.31 and found out that it was no longer available. I was told on 3/30 that I would be refunded within 10 days and still NO refund.

Please refund immediately.

My order is now out stock and so they haf to give me a refund but that credit card number has been changed so I would like to have the money back by mail in a check. I've complained about this but it seems like they don't care they just wanna get the money back where they took it from.

It's about my refund. I paid an additional fee to get my item shipped in 2 days.

I was then told it was out of stock and that I would have to wait 2 weeks.

I asked for a refund and was told that it would take 5 business days fir a refund. I need the refund immediately so that I can get the printer in a couple of days

I ordered an item and never received it. After months of effort on my part, they finally sent the item, which was the wrong item.

I returned it for a refund, which has not come through after months of waiting. I have left countless messages and sent numerous emails, and the company never responds.
